RAVE EICC COMPLIANCE

RAVE’s core values include social and environmental responsibility, providing a safe and productive workplace and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. To that end, we voluntarily work to meet the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct (EICC) and request and encourage our suppliers to do the same.

RAVE EICC COMPLIANCE
The RAVE corporate family strives to conserve energy and reduce waste and has implemented policies to encourage recycling and energy conservation to the extent we are able.  To this end, RAVE set goals to achieve a 0.5% reduction in energy use and increase recycling by 5% at each of its facilities in 2015.  Comparison of monthly averages for 2013 to 2014 show a slight increase in energy consumption for the RAVE LLC in Delray Beach, Florida facility (0.1%) and the RAVE N.P., Inc., Livermore, California facility (18.7%) due in part to increased employee headcount and production needs.  Energy use has decreased from these monthly averages in 2015.  Likewise, total recycling goals were not met as for 2014 (decrease of 28.5%), but the amount of employee recycling increased and is increasing over 2014 averages to date in 2015.  RAVE is increasing employee training and awareness of these goals and will report 2015 results after year end.  RAVE also does regular self assessments and internal audits for Social and Environmental policies which are reported to management.
